This product was all hype and no results. After several days on this drug I not only had no relief from symptoms but also had no change in appetite. I was very disappointed. Didnt expect a magic pill but expected a little something to happen.

Still effective. I have been taking Zalestra for about 3 weeks. I can finally sleep at night, the insomnia is gone. I no longer have the moods swings and hot sweats. I have also lost some weight, but that did not come from the pill alone. I began exercising and consume only about 1500-1800 calories a day. The pills do help with cravings and appetite control, which has made dieting much easier than in the past. All in all I am pleased with the results and will continue taking the product indefinitely.

Must admit that i feel lot better since using it (almost 2 months)But no changes in weight.I lost hot flashes,sleep better, mood better, but weight still the same .

I have been taking Zalestra for 24 days (two in the morning and two in mid-afternoon as instructed on the container) with absolutely no relief from the hot flashes and no weight loss either. I was so sure this was going to work, but it looks like Ill have to resume taking prescription estrogen which I had stopped taking 6 months ago after 9 years.

Ive been taking this product for 2 months and I can see a big difference in my weight, mood, sleep, etc. Im nearly 40 and was having trouble losing weight. I cant take caffeine because it makes PMS worse. This product is fabulous and I feel great.

Took the reccomended dose yesterday and felt fine. Today took the two pills before breakfast and developed a migraine and rash on my abdomen. It was so bad I had to leave work. Very dissapointed with this product and the remaining pills went straight in the trash.. Buyer beware.

Ive rated this item 5 stars because Im able to sleep and no night sweats. I still havent lost any weight, BUT feel if I keep taking it, it will work. Im also not as irritable so it is helping with the symptoms of menopause. So the high of this item is worth it. The weight loss i feel will come.

I bought Zalestra after hearing it on Oprah that she used it for her weight loss. I tried Estrin d but it didnt do anything for me. Zalestra helped me retain my energy levels and lose some weight. I did not PMS this month at all...

I have been taking Zalestra for 7 days now and the 2 day I noticed my energy level was up and physically I was doing some things I had let slide for months. Mentally I feel that I can stop in thought and think things thru and not let them upset me like before its like I have it in check and my mind is slowing down to allow me too.
