I work out 6 times week and try to eat healthy, I have been doing this for over two months now. Im serious, this prodcut really works very well.. I am not able to finish even half of what I used to eat. Of course its not a magic pill, nor will there ever be one. You have to help it along by exercising and instilling healthy eating habits for yourself. I already had the exercise part down and the healthy eating habits but had seemed to have hit a plateau with losing the last stubborn 10 pounds which lasted for months and was very frustrating. My husband helped me research products to figure out which one was worth trying. As soon as I took Lipoxinol, I didnt even realize I hadnt thought about food all day until it was dinner time. That is very unusual for me since I normally graze throughout the day which can add up in calories. I am not sure if the fat burners work since there is no true way of knowing other then pounds lost. But I believe that eating less will most likely result in weight loss. The appetite supressant in this is powerful enough to tame even my voracious appetite.. Ive struggled with stress/emotional eating andamp. medication weight gain for the past several years as my weight crept higher and higher. Ive taken online emotional eating classes, tried quite a few diet programs andamp. despite good intentions and little successes here and there, every day was a struggle because I always felt hungry. Ive tried a number of products that supposedly helped manage the appetite. I stayed away from ephedra-type products but remained open to other non-prescription meds. When I read the positive reviews on Lipoxinol, I thought I may as well try it. Im very glad I did. Its the first product Ive ever tried that allows me to focus on things other than food. In fact, I find it a welcome, and pretty amazing change. I do not take the dosage on the bottle - 3 pills in the morning is the perfect dosage for me. I wouldnt recommend taking the pills any later than mid-afternoon if you want to sleep, but in terms of feeling jittery or wired, I experience nothing like that.

Ive been using the pills for about a week and am very happy. If I notice my body is getting used to them, I plan on cutting back to every other day...

I know, I know, I stopped believing in fairy tales a long time ago. However, every now and then I close my eyes and MAKE a wish... Anyway, I bought these and took them for about 3 weeks. They made me feel a little jittery and instead of that extra energy, I found that I was feeling a little faint andamp. shaky after my workouts. I also found that I felt a bit nauseous around 2pm and about 6 pm but I considered it a benefit, as it controlled my eating. But, alas after 3 weeks I found that I only lost 1 1/2 (1 and a half) pounds... Oh, well. At least I tried. Im still exercising and wishing...for the next magical pill...

Like many of us trying to lose weight, I thought this might help curb the edge and make it easier for me. It simply wasnt. I didnt notice any curbing of appetite nor did I experience any increase in my metablolism. I stayed true to a stict diet from ... and lost only a few pounds, with hunger cravings constantly. I returned the product for my refund(read their policy carefully) and it is a good thing I sent it with a tracking number. After 2 months of no refund, I emailed them. They never got anything and asked if I had a tracking number. I emailed it to them and within minutes they had tracke dmy shipment and found that it had been applied to antoher persons account. I find this odd considering I wrapped the Return form, filled out, around the bottle and taped it to the bottle. The speed at which the figured out it had applied to someone elses account either leads one to believe that they have exceptional service or they are stingy about refunds and will try to use the lost in the mail excuse.

Draw your own conclusions but I do not reccomend this product or dealing with this client. Save your money - eat less (I know it is hard) and exercise as much as possible. You feel better and youll save money.
