 <description><![CDATA[<p>Yeah, the whole weight loss/control thing is a little touchy.  As you stated in the article, folks should weigh themselves about once a week.  You can do daily but it needs to be the same time everyday.  If I do it daily, I do it first thing in the morning with birthday suite only and bladder emptied.  Thats a fairly accurate measure IF youre going to do it daily.  Weighing yourself more than that in a day is useless since you are likely to gain a couple and probably a few pounds with fluids and food.  Dont panic.  A more accurate measure would be to weigh yourself once a week, same day, same time.</p>]]></description>
