I am not sure about that one. I myself have tried every diet known to man. I always get worried to read about the latest supplement that the FDA has declared worthless for losing weight because I have eaten railroad cars full of all of them in a futile attempt to shed my tremendous bulk. Diet programs are all the same. They show you pictures of people who resemble the Hindenburg in the before shots who look like starving refugees in the after photos. The fine print reads as individuals vary so does weight loss. These results are not typical.
