This cereal is sweet and crunchy. It really satisfies. For low carb dieters, this is a super option for a quick and easy breakfast. Sweetened with splenda, so there is no aftertaste.
However it is pretty expensive, so dont try it if you cant afford it. you might become hooked.

I use this product as a sweetener to my otherwise drab bran cereal. About 4 parts bran to 1 part Atkins cereal and a handful of blueberries, spoon of ground flax seed all doused with vanilla soy milk makes a very satisfying breakfast. I am lactose sensitive and watching my sugar intake and this combination gets me going in the morning.

Blueberry is the best of the Morning Start cereals -- almond can be very dry, and my family found the banana to taste really odd. Note that all three flavors tend to be a bit dry, sometimes downright gummy, without something on them or a beverage to accompany them, so have a liquid handy. I agree with the vanilla soy milk fan that its an excellent addition, and my partner, not a fan of wet cereal, prefers to keep a cup of coffee handy.
