Let me introduce myself. My name is Jared. Yes, just like the guy from the Subway commercials, I know. Except maybe his name is spelled with an o, Im not sure.

As I was saying, my name is Jared and I am an Atkins diet success story. To date, I have lost close to 25 pounds on the Atkins diet, and I plan on keeping it going for much more. Thank you Dr. Atkins.

After a few months on the Atkins diet, I was inspired to contribute this site to the world of Atkins dieters like myself who love, but hate the Atkins diet all at the same time. So I worked with some friends and built this website, and here we are. I hope you enjoy it.
